Cutting, Forming, Drilling, Progressive molds

These molds are used for cutting, forming, punching metal plates or thick sheets. Creating a progressive mold is usually preferred depending on the object for larger productions. 

Some of the molds we manufacture are:

• Progressive mold for contact and grounding for plug suco and electric power strip (0.8 mm sheet thickness)
• Progressive mold for fluorecent lamp socket (0.8mm sheet thickness)
• Progressive mold for door hinges of an electric stove (2 mm sheet thickness)
• Cutting mold for umbrell support ( 10 mm sheet thickness)
